Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or home care.
• Bilingual: Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong computer skills, especially with scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the scheduling of caregiver assignments and client requests.
• Act as the primary contact for caregivers regarding scheduling needs.
• Ensure timely coverage of all client visits by optimizing caregiver schedules.
• Address scheduling conflicts or changes promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and changes in scheduling software.
• Collaborate with management to improve scheduling processes and service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and caregivers alike.
