Job summary

Smith Therapy Partners in Las Vegas is seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for our W Alta location to handle new patient calls, schedule appointments, and manage data entry in the EMR. The role requires Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm, starting hourly $15.00–$16.00, and preference for bilingual English/Spanish though not required.

Requires at least two years of relevant experience and a high school diploma; college a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience entering data into EMR and scheduling patient appointments.
• Understanding of insurance benefits and authorizations for scheduling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from new patients and place outbound calls from referrals.
• Enter patient information accurately into the EMR and schedule Initial Evaluation and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate appointment times and dates with patients and therapists, ensuring timely care.
