2020 Companies is hiring a Seasonal Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) to drive sales at a Best Buy store in Hawthorne, CA. This temporary, seasonal full-time role offers an hourly wage of $21.00 and requires weekend evenings and holidays.

You will demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products, build relationships with Best Buy staff, and meet monthly sales goals while providing excellent customer service and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays

Responsabilités

• Drive the sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store, utilizing conversational consulting sales techniques
• Uncover and understand the needs of the customer and recommend a Samsung product to fit and fill those needs
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both Best Buy employees, new and repeat customers, as a brand evangelist
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with both customers and Best Buy employees
