2020 Companies is hiring a bilingual, full-time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America at a Best Buy location in Pasadena. You will demonstrate, sell and promote Samsung devices, providing customers with current product information and friendly service to help them select the right solutions.

As an SEC, you will train with Best Buy staff, strive to meet sales goals and participate in ongoing product trainings in a dynamic consumer electronics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store using conversational sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for staff and customers as a brand evangelist.
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly store sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service through interactions with customers and staff.
• Ensure brand standards through merchandising, security, installation and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets and support new product launches.
• Daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
