Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver fast, professional service on the sales floor or a customer service booth.

You will handle a variety of transactions including wires, checks, loans, money orders, and bill payments while maintaining cash drawers and customer confidentiality. In this role you will identify cross-selling opportunities and support branding through compliant service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent Spanish and basic English communication.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in currency handling.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions including wires, checks, loans, money orders, bill payments, and online sales.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service as the first point of contact.
• Count and balance cash drawers; ensure accurate deposits and confidentiality.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote company products.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal policies and maintain security.
• Maintain meticulous records of transactions using company systems.
• Support marketing initiatives and promo distribution as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
