Job summary

Mobilelink USA seeks a Bilingual Sales Advocate for our Georgetown, DE location. This role offers base salary plus commission and requires English and Spanish proficiency, excellent customer service, and flexibility to work weekends. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

You will provide outstanding customer service, tailor solutions for customers, and support store operations while aiming to achieve sales KPIs and contribute to growth within a dynamic Cricket Retail network.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages. This position requires English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills - Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
