Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate (English/Spanish) in Crawfordsville, IN. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, tailored solutions, and representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

You will support store operations and strive to meet sales goals, with a commission-based earning potential. Applicants should be at least 18, legally able to work in the U.S., and available for at least 32 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages; must include English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills; attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of the store location.
