Job summary

Mobilelink USA is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Huntington, WV. The role offers a base salary plus commission and requires English and Spanish fluency to provide tailored customer solutions in-store.

You will represent the Cricket brand, deliver exceptional service, and work towards sales targets while supporting store operations. This is a full-time/part-time position with potential for growth and benefits after starting the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills; attitude and aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location and residency within 30 minutes of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.

Working Conditions:
