Mobilelink USA is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Gatesville, TX. You will provide exceptional customer service, assess needs, and offer tailored Cricket wireless solutions. The role combines selling with friendly support, representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

Role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and reliability. Work hours include evenings and weekends; PTO after 90 days with benefits like health, dental, and life insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages with English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills - Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work minimum 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

QualificationsJob Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.

• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for purposesof inventory and stocking.
