Position Overview
Dallas, TX • Bilingual Sales Representative – Fluent in Spanish and English. Responsible for inbound/outbound calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in a contact‑center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Build rapport with clients and identify their needs to offer appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company offerings.
Candidate Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute accurately.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, problem‑solving, and negotiation.
- Customer‑focused mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or administrative roles in a contact center.
- Previous experience in state or federal work environments.
Conditions of Employment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background investigation and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Physical Requirements
This role is largely sedentary in a professional office environment. Responsibilities include sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset, operating office equipment, and occasionally moving up to 40 pounds.
