Spanish Bilingual Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls in Spanish and English.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Build rapport and trust with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Upsell and cross‑sell offerings based on customer profiles and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and team spirit.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows‑based systems.
- Experience working with diverse customer bases.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit, stand, use a computer and telephone headset for long periods. The employee may occasionally move around the office, reach in any direction, lift objects, and move up to forty (40) pounds.
