Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, and we are hiring a Sales Advocate to deliver outstanding customer service and tailored wireless solutions. You will join a team focused on growth and upward mobility within the Mobilelink family.

Responsibilities include helping customers, representing the Cricket brand professionally, and contributing to sales goals with potential for commissions. A bilingual English/Spanish requirement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work 32+ hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assessing needs and offering tailored wireless solutions.
• Address customer questions and demonstrate Cricket products.
• Support store operations and assist with achieving sales KPIs.
• Represent Cricket brand professionally.
