Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC, Cricket Wireless' largest authorized retailer in the United States, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate. You will help customers find the right wireless solutions and provide outstanding service in English and Spanish.

This role offers training, opportunities for advancement, and a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. You should be comfortable with store duties, KPIs, and community events as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English + Spanish).
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and tailor solutions to customers.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally and assist with store duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, contributing to business growth.
• Participate in outside events or promotional activities as needed.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising and basic computer tasks.
