Job summary

Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States. We are seeking a Sales Advocate who is bilingual in English and Spanish to provide exceptional customer service and tailor solutions for customers, families, or businesses.

You will contribute to store operations and work toward sales goals in a fast-paced environment. This role offers unlimited earning potential, growth opportunities, and benefits including PTO after 90 days and comprehensive health plans.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Able to work 32+ hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
