Job summary

Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States. We are hiring bilingual Sales Advocates to deliver exceptional customer service and tailored wireless solutions. The role offers unlimited commission potential and a clear path for upward mobility, with PTO after 90 days and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and empathy.
• Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Must have reliable transportation.
