Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English required.
• Administrative or project-support experience preferred.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in engineering, construction, semiconductor, or professional services is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between office and project locations.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Advanced Technology engineering team.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, calendars, and project-site activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
• Maintain organized project files and assist with document control.
• Track action items, deadlines, and administrative project deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between engineers, project teams, clients, and office staff.
• Support logistics for engineers working between the office and project site.
• Assist with onboarding, site-access coordination, and general team support as needed.
• Provide Mandarin-English communication support when needed.
• Assist with additional administrative and project coordination duties.
