Souto Foods is seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team and drive expansion across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will conduct market research to identify growth areas, analyze competitors, and develop strategies to meet revenue targets and distribution goals.

You will direct and coach regional sales staff, collaborate with logistics to optimize distribution, and ensure strong customer satisfaction while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• 5+ years sales experience with 3-5 in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines timely.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budget for their region.
• Grow sales with new business and accounts.
• Directs the efforts and coaches sales reps in their region.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain to optimize distribution.
• Maintain merchandising standards in the area.
• Assist President and HR Manager with performance goals and appraisals.
• Support reps on escalated customer issues and liaise with senior management.
• Assist in recruitment and headcount planning.
• Ensure positive customer satisfaction metrics in their region.
