Job summary

Souto Foods is seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager to lead market expansion and build a high-performing sales team. You will conduct market research, analyze competition, and develop strategies to hit revenue targets and increase market share.

You will collaborate with logistics and HR to optimize distribution, coach sales reps, and ensure customer satisfaction across the region. A strong track record in sales leadership and bilingual communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• 5+ years sales experience with 3-5 in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budget for their region.
• Grow sales with new business and accounts.
• Direct the efforts, coach and develop sales reps within their region.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain to optimize distribution.
• Monitor and maintain merchandising standards in assigned area.
• Assist President and HR Manager in developing performance goals, professional development plans, succession planning and yearly appraisal process.
• Provide support to representatives on escalated customer issues and act as liaison between representative and senior management.
• Work with President and HR to assess headcount needs and assist in recruitment of viable candidates.
• Accountable for positive customer satisfaction metrics within their region.
