HotFoot Recruiters is looking for a Bilingual Sales Engineer (Mandarin/English) in Phoenix, AZ, to support business development and client relationships in the semiconductor construction sector. This role requires technical knowledge and communication skills to bridge teams between Taiwan HQ and U.S. clients. Ideal candidates have a construction background and experience in sales engineering. The position offers a full-time contract with a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, project coordination, or construction-related roles.
• Background in construction, MEP, semiconductor, or equipment installation preferred.
• Familiarity with system hook-up or industrial installation is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support client relationships and business development within semiconductor construction projects.
• Assist with proposals, quotations, and basic technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams on system hook-up and equipment installation scope.
• Act as a liaison between Taiwan HQ and U.S. clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Attend meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Track project pipeline, client communication, and sales activities.
• Support cross-functional coordination to ensure project execution.
