Qualifications

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer service experience and support organic growth.
• Keep accurate records of customer service actions and discussions.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Resolve promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contact customers directly when necessary.
• Assist customers with orders, statuses, and problems.
• Collaborate with internal departments for order coordination and delivery.
• Provide data or reports to the sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
