Job summary

PetPals Group Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support key customer accounts, sales operations, and trade show activities. This onsite role in Ontario, CA requires bilingual English/Mandarin or English/Spanish and a strong foundation in sales support.

The position offers 26.00–28.00 USD per hour with a performance-based bonus and approximately 15% travel. Opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, inside sales, or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin or English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15%.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain wholesale, retail, and direct-import customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Support customer meetings and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with account growth and retention strategies.
