Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to provide outstanding customer service and tailor solutions for customers. This role combines in-store selling with brand representation and participation in community events.

Training and tools are provided to support success and growth within Cricket Wireless. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, supporting store operations, and engaging customers at multiple locations within the district.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills—attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities.
• Attend scheduled events with notice and participate as part of employment duties.
