You will deliver exceptional customer service, tailor solutions, and represent the Cricket brand professionally while helping to meet store sales goals. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions that fit individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.
• Assist store leadership with daily operations and duties.
• Meet sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonuses.
• Occasionally participate in outside events or community activities on behalf of Cricket.
