Mobilelink USA LLC in Shawano, WI is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our Cricket Wireless store team. You will help customers find the right wireless solutions, deliver outstanding service, and support store operations.

This role requires English and Spanish, a customer‑first mindset, and the ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends. Commission incentives and benefits are provided to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
