Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills with positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful though not required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store location and be able to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to Team Color policy and maintain neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by showing compassion and understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs and related bonus opportunities.
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities when required.
• Events may include engaging customers, promoting products, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.
