Priority Dispatch Corp. in Houston seeks a Sales Associate to be the first point of contact, delivering fast, professional service while processing wires, check cashing, loans, money orders, bill payments, and online sales.

You will balance cash drawers, protect customer data, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will identify cross-selling opportunities, assist customers, and uphold the company’s brand through accurate service and a friendly, team-driven approach in a busy retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be fluent in Spanish with basic English knowledge.
• Detail oriented with numbers and money handling.
• Able to use computer keyboard and mouse; operate calculator.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions including wires, checks, loans, money orders, bill payments, and online sales.
• Serve as first point of contact for customers and address inquiries with professional service.
• Balance cash drawers, verify balances, and handle cash securely.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote company products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, and state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and adhere to procedures.
• Assist marketing efforts and promotions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
