The Bilingual Sales Associate greets and thanks every customer entering and leaving the store. They must be knowledgeable about all product lines and are responsible for maintaining the store's neatness, cleanliness, and proper merchandise display. The Sales staff supports management with price changes, display resets, and visual standards to ensure a tidy store.

Responsibilities

• Scan products to ensure correct placement and signage; boot department associates should check for mismatched items.
• Handle product returns and exchanges knowledgeably.
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries regarding fit, promotions, pricing, and product details.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with supervisors to understand actions needed to meet company goals (e.g., ADS, UPT, contests).
