You will balance cash drawers and protect customer information while maintaining compliance. The role emphasizes cross-selling opportunities, professional customer interactions, and contributing to the company’s positive market presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must speak Spanish fluently and at least basic English communication.
• Ability using computer’s keyboard (letters and numbers) and computer mouse.
• Detail oriented especially when reading, writing, and counting numbers and currency.

Responsibilities

• Transaction processing: wires, checks, loans, money orders, bill payments, online sales and recharges.
• Customer service: serve as first contact, answer questions, direct customers.
• Cash management: count and balance cash drawers, verify balance, process deposits.
• Cross-selling: identify and recommend additional products and services.
• Compliance & security: follow policies, protect confidential information.
• Record keeping: track transactions using company systems.
• Marketing & promotion: support marketing efforts and in-store campaigns.
• Other tasks: as assigned by management.
