Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate. Sales Associate duties include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend suitable solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To succeed as a Sales Associate, stay updated on product features and maintain our store’s visual standards. Ultimately, your goal is to provide excellent customer service while meeting the store’s sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Welcome customers and answer their queries.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Actively seek out customers in store.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and discuss payment options such as 'credit-based' or 'no credit needed' financing.
• Process POS transactions.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic personality with a customer service focus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.

Sales associates will be paid hourly during a 2-week training period, after which pay switches to a commission-based structure. Pay will be weekly during training and commission. Must speak English and Spanish.
