Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
• Experience with prospecting and outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the US, and possess a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

Physical Demands

The physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 10 pounds, reaching, climbing, and fine handling of small parts and merchandise. Visual acuity to work with small components and computer screens is also necessary.
