Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer, seeks a bilingual Sales Advocate in Austin, TX. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, tailoring solutions, and representing the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, 18+, and able to work 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and advancement opportunities are provided along with a defined career path.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
