Mobilelink USA, a Cricket Wireless retailer, is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate in Austin, TX. The role focuses on delivering tailored wireless solutions, delivering excellent customer service, and representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

You will help customers, work toward sales goals, and may participate in community events or promotions as part of store duties. Strong English and Spanish communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, or businesses.
