Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC, Cricket Wireless' largest authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Pineville, LA. You will serve customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions while representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

The role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions, with training and growth opportunities. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), 18+, and available 32 hours weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills—attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
