Qualifications

• Ability to work early shift and stay on-site all day.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and safety documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily toolbox meetings in alignment with TSMC safety requirements.
• Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and project safety protocols.
• Manage incident reporting, including injury documentation and OCIP report filing.
• Issue and track safety violations, warnings, and corrective actions.
• Conduct routine site walkthroughs and hazard identification inspections.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Support communication between Taiwan-based engineers and U.S. labor/subcontractors.
• Assist with safety training coordination and reinforce site safety expectations.
• Collaborate with site leadership, subcontractors, and safety teams to ensure alignment.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety‑first culture across the job site.
