HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to support safety and field communication activities for semiconductor projects in North Phoenix, AZ. The role is on-site and requires Mandarin-English bilingual skills, organized and reliable candidates, and comfort working on active construction sites.

The position is Full-Time with Contract-to-Hire terms, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Pay starts at $26/hr for candidates without OSHA 30 and increases to $28–$30/hr DOE with OSHA 30.

Formación

• Mandarin-English bilingual communication skills required.
• Interest in construction safety, EHS, field coordination, or semiconductor project work.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; candidates without OSHA 30 may be considered at the entry pay level.
• Comfortable walking active construction sites and working around MEP field activities.
• Basic computer skills for documentation, email, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily safety activities on active semiconductor construction and MEP project sites.
• Assist with site walkthroughs to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and PPE compliance concerns.
• Help maintain safety documentation, reports, training records, and compliance files.
• Support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and daily field briefings.
• Communicate safety instructions and project updates to Mandarin- and English-speaking field teams.
• Assist with incident documentation, corrective action tracking, and safety follow-up.
• Coordinate with supervisors, field crews, subcontractors, and project personnel regarding safety needs.
• Help promote clean, organized, and safety-compliant work areas.
• Learn and support site-specific safety procedures for gas, chemical, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical construction activities.
• Perform additional safety coordination duties as assigned.

This role is ideal for a Mandarin-English bilingual candidate who is organized, reliable, comfortable working on active construction sites, and interested in developing a career in construction safety. Candidates with limited safety experience may be considered if they are proactive and willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-English bilingual communication skills required.
• Interest in construction safety, EHS, field coordination, or semiconductor project work.
• Prior construction, industrial, manufacturing, cleanroom, safety, or field support experience preferred, but not required for a strong trainable candidate.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; candidates without OSHA 30 may be considered at the entry pay level.
• Comfortable walking active construction sites and working around MEP field activities.
• Comfortable wearing required PPE and following site safety procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer skills for documentation, email, and reporting.
• Able to work full-time on-site in North Phoenix.
