Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• 3+ years of construction supervision or field management experience.
• Experience supervising crews in semiconductor, cleanroom, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field activities for semiconductor facility maintenance and construction crews.
• Coordinate manpower, work assignments, schedules, materials, tools, and project priorities.
• Oversee filter replacement, ceiling-level activities, cleanroom work, and related facility maintenance tasks.
• Ensure crews complete work safely, accurately, and according to client expectations.
• Serve as primary communication between Mandarin- and English-speaking employees, leadership, and client representatives.
• Communicate work plans, schedule changes, safety expectations, and production goals in daily briefings.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, work quality, project progress, and field performance.
• Coordinate with safety personnel to enforce PPE, fall protection, cleanroom, and site requirements.
• Identify field issues, staffing needs, delays, and quality concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain daily reports, manpower records, progress updates, work logs, and project documentation.
• Support onboarding, badge requirements, ceiling training, and site-access coordination.
• Review work areas and completed tasks to confirm compliance with procedures.
• Coach field employees, reinforce accountability, and maintain a reliable team.
• Support client meetings, planning discussions, and future workforce expansion.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required.
• 3+ years of construction supervision, field management, project coordination, facility operations, or related experience preferred.
• Prior experience supervising crews in semiconductor, cleanroom, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing manpower, schedules, attendance, documentation, and daily field priorities.
• Comfortable working around ceiling-level activities, fall protection, safety harnesses, and cleanroom procedures.
• Able to work flexible weekday shifts, including early or later start times.
• Comfortable supporting overtime during peak project periods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic project reporting tools.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
• TSMC site or semiconductor facility experience is a strong plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
