Job summary

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Safety Specialist (Spanish/English) to support semiconductor construction operations at the TSMC site in North Phoenix. This role coordinates daily safety activities, supports compliance, and bridges communication between Taiwan-based engineers and U.S.

field teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on safety experience in construction, OSHA 30, and 2+ years in high-tech environments, with the ability to work an early shift on-site and manage safety

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English; support Taiwan engineers and field teams.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• 2+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience in semiconductor/high-tech construction environments (TSMC preferred).
• Ability to work early shift and stay on-site all day.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and safety documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily toolbox meetings in alignment with TSMC safety requirements.
• Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and project safety protocols.
• Manage incident reporting, including injury documentation and OCIP report filing.
• Issue and track safety violations, warnings, and corrective actions.
• Conduct routine site walkthroughs and hazard identification inspections.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Support communication between Taiwan-based engineers and U.S. labor/subcontractors.
• Assist with safety training coordination and reinforce site safety expectations.
• Collaborate with site leadership, subcontractors, and safety teams to ensure alignment.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety‑first culture across the job site.
