You will train, inspect sites, implement policies, measure outcomes, and ensure compliance with client requirements. The role emphasizes reducing claims and time lost due to injuries.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, strong OSHA knowledge, and the ability to train and communicate effectively with managers and staff. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to conduct investigations and evaluate cost and risk factors.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 5–10%.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities comply with OSHA and other standards through inspections.
• Promote ongoing safety awareness and training programs.
• Assist in development and administration of loss prevention programs.
• Provide training to managers on safe work practices and investigations.
• Prepare monthly status reports on safety and injuries.
• Monitor and report workers’ compensation trends and return-to-work processes.
• Coordinate with risk management and client requirements.
