Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, safety, or warehouse operations.
• OSHA compliance or safety regulations knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS/payroll systems experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular warehouse safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain records of incidents, near misses, and injuries; report to management and regulators.
• Coordinate safety training programs (forklift certification, PPE usage, drills).
• Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions.
