Job summary

Precision Walls is hiring a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to oversee OSHA-related safety programs and field training in a construction setting. The role requires strong experience in branch safety, incident reporting, and coordination with management on startup safety documentation.

The candidate will lead orientations, safety inspections, and credentialing across field teams, ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction safety experience.
• Proficient with desktop computers, laptops, iPad, smartphones and related devices.

Responsibilities

• All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
• Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel tasks (e.g., Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders).
• Support Management in creating New Job Start Up requirements (contract safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP-CCIP).
• Ensure a Safe and Healthy work environment that adheres to OSHA guidelines.
• Accompany and support injured employees through doctor visits and return to work.
• Complete documentation for any Accident, Incident or Property Damage.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements / Experience

• 5+ years in commercial construction safety experience.
• Has knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPad, smartphones, and various other electronic devises.
• OSHA 30.
• Precision Walls Trained Trainer (provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager or Branch supporting SQRM).
