Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Safety Coordinator with OSHA 30 to join our team. You will oversee branch safety, conduct orientations, and enforce safety protocols across projects to ensure a safe workplace.

The role requires 1–2 years in commercial construction safety, plus hands-on training with tools and equipment; you will coordinate training, inspections, and safety documentation while supporting project teams and safeguarding workers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficient with desktop devices and mobile tech.
• Precision Walls trained trainer (provided by Branch Safety Coordinator/ SQRM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch safety, lean support and enforcement.
• Perform safety and lean checklist inspections.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and skill assessments; maintain supporting documentation.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment (Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift, Scaffolds, Ladders).
• Support management with New Job Start Up requirements (contract safety docs, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP/CCIP).
• Ensure a safe, healthful work environment in line with OSHA guidelines.
• Accompany and support injured employees through doctor visits and full duty release.
• Complete documentation for accidents, incidents or property damage.
• Other duties as needed.

• All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
• Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments (when required). Supportive documentation.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel task to work with tools and equipment i.e. Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders and Stilts.
• Support Management team in creating New Job Start Up requirements i.e. contract safety documents, JSSP/ SSSP, OCIP -CCIP requirement etc.
• Ensures a Safe and Healthy work environment that adheres with OSHA guidelines.
• Accompany and support injured employees, attend initial doctor appointments, support until employee is released to full duty.
• Ensures all documentation is completed for any Accident, Incident or Property Damage.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements / Experience

• 1 to 2 years in commercial construction safety experience.
• Has knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPad, smartphones, and various other electronic devises.
• OSHA 30.
• Precision Walls Trained Trainer (provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager or Branch supporting SQRM).
