Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 510 to join our team in Cary, NC. You will lead safety efforts across all phases of branch operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines and fostering a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction safety.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent.
• Trained Trainer program as provided by company or supervisor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce safety across all phases of branch operations.
• Perform Safety / Lean checklists and inspections.
• Conduct new hire orientations and skill assessments; provide documentation.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment.
• Support management in creating start-up safety requirements and documents.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in line with OSHA guidelines.
• Assist injured employees and coordinate doctor appointments and return to duty.
• Complete documentation for accidents, incidents, or property damage.

Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 510 to join our team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
• Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments (when required), supportive documentation.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel task to work with tools and equipment i.e. Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders and Stilts.
• Support Management team in creating New Job Start Up requirements i.e. contract safety documents, JSSP/ SSSP, OCIP -CCIP requirement etc.
• Ensures a Safe and Healthy work environment that adheres with OSHA guidelines.
• Accompany and support injured employees, attend initial doctor appointments, support until employee is released to full duty.
• Ensures all documentation is completed for any Accident, Incident or Property Damage.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements / Experience

• 5+ years in commercial construction safety experience.
• Has knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPad, smartphones, and various other electronic devices.
• OSHA 30.
• Precision Walls Trained Trainer (provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager or Branch supporting SQRM).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
