Job summary

Precision Walls is actively seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our Southeast team. The role focuses on safety enforcement, training, and documentation across field operations, ensuring a safe work environment in line with OSHA guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of commercial construction safety experience, is proficient with safety tools and documentation, and holds OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Experience with field safety documentation and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all safety activities for branch operations.
• Perform safety inspections and enforce Lean safety standards.
• Conduct new hire orientations and safety trainings.
• Coordinate licensing and training for field personnel on tools/equipment.
• Prepare safety documents for contracts and OCIP/CCIP requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and report incidents.

PWI Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30

Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. Precision Walls is seeking top talent in the construction industry that is eager to learn, enthusiastic, and always up for an exciting new challenge.

• All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
• Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments (when required). Supportive documentation.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel task to work with tools and equipment i.e. Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders and Stilts.
• Support Management team in creating New Job Start Up requirements i.e. contract safety documents, JSSP/ SSSP, OCIP -CCIP requirement etc.
• Ensures a Safe and Healthy work environment that adheres with OSHA guidelines.
• Accompany and support injured employees, attend initial doctor appointments, support until employee is released to full duty.
• Ensures all documentation is completed for any Accident, Incident or Property Damage.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements / Experience

• 1 to 2 years in commercial construction safety experience.
• Has knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPad, smartphones, and various other electronic devises.
• OSHA 30.
• Precision Walls Trained Trainer (provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager or Branch supporting SQRM).
