Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 500 to join our team. We are seeking top talent in the construction industry that is eager to learn, enthusiastic, and always up for an exciting new challenge. This role involves:

• Supporting all phases of branch Safety/Lean Support and Enforcement
• Conducting Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections
• Conducting New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments, with supportive documentation
• Providing training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment such as Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders, and Stilts
• Supporting Management in creating New Job Start Up requirements, including contract safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP-CCIP requirements
• Ensuring a Safe and Healthy work environment adhering to OSHA guidelines
• Supporting injured employees through initial doctor appointments and until they are released to full duty
• Completing documentation for any Accident, Incident, or Property Damage
• Performing other duties as needed

Requirements/Experience

• 2 to 5 years of commercial construction safety experience
• Knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and other electronic devices
• OSHA 500 certification
• Precision Walls Trained Trainer (training provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager, or Branch supporting SQRM)
