Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of safety experience in commercial construction.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • OSHA 510 certification is required.

Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 510 to join our team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Support all phases of branch Safety/Lean initiatives and enforcement
  2. Conduct Safety and Lean Checklist Inspections
  3. Lead New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments, with proper documentation
  4. Provide training on tools and equipment such as Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders, and Stilts
  5. Assist management with creating new Job Start-Up requirements, including safety documentation and compliance with contracts and safety programs
  6. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to OSHA guidelines
  7. Support injured employees through initial doctor visits and recovery process
  8. Complete documentation for any accidents, incidents, or property damage
  9. Perform other duties as needed
Requirements/Experience
  1. 2 to 5 years of safety experience in commercial construction
  2. Proficiency with desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other electronic devices
  3. OSHA 510 certification
  4. Trained Trainer certification (provided by the company)
  5. Bilingual in English and Spanish
