Precision Walls is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to support safety programs across construction sites. The role focuses on OSHA 30 compliance, safety training, and coordinating safety documentation for field teams.

You will conduct orientations, inspections, and licensing activities while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment per OSHA guidelines. PTO, health and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years in commercial construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Familiarity with safety checklists and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch safety, lean support and enforcement across all phases.
• Conduct safety and lean checklists inspections.
• Lead new hire orientations and skill assessments; document findings.
