SPS Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator OSHA 30 to join our team. You will champion safety across branches, conduct orientations, and train field personnel in tools and safety practices.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in commercial construction safety, are proficient with OSHA guidelines, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish. This is an on‑site role with a strong safety culture and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 required; trained trainer program provided by the company.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch safety, lean support and enforcement activities.
• Conduct new hire orientations and skill assessments when required.
• Provide safety training and licensing for field personnel (tools, equipment).
• Assist in creating new job start‑up safety documents and requirements.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment per OSHA guidelines.
• Support injured employees through initial appointments and return to duty.
