Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator (OSHA 30) to join our team in a construction environment. You will support every phase of safety, enforce Lean practices, and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.

You will conduct safety trainings, orient new hires, and help prepare job start documents for new projects. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and hands-on safety experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in commercial construction safety.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficient with safety documents and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
• Conduct Safety and Lean Checklist Inspections.
• Lead New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments; document outcomes.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel to operate tools and equipment.
• Support creation of New Job Start Up safety documents (JSSP/SSSP, OCIP/ CCIP).
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment per OSHA guidelines.
• Assist injured employees and support until full duty is resumed.
• Maintain all accident, incident, and property damage documentation.
• Perform other duties as needed.
