Job summary

SPS Corporation is seeking a Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our construction team. You will lead safety initiatives, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards while supporting field personnel with training and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in commercial construction safety.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience with safety trainings and inspections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch safety, lean support and enforcement.
• Conduct safety/lean checklists and inspections.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and safety trainings.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment.
• Support creation of job start-up safety documents and OCIP/CCIP requirements.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment compliant with OSHA rules.
