The position requires CHST certification, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and ability to travel to active construction sites; strong coaching, training, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires CHST certification and bilingual in English and Spanish.
• At least 10 years of construction safety experience or equivalent.
• Experience inspecting job sites and enforcing safety actions.
• Knowledge of OSHA construction safety regulations.
• Ability to travel to active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document jobsite and facility safety inspections.
• Identify hazards and ensure timely corrective action with field leadership.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
• Deliver safety training and document training records.
• Perform bilingual safety orientations for English and Spanish.
• Provide field coaching to foremen and supervisors.
• Coordinate incident response, investigations, and reporting.
• Maintain safety certifications and participate in training programs.
• Stay current on safety regulations and best practices.
